The 19th Academic Conference on Oral Medical Aesthetics and the 3rd Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics Oral Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Branch Congress were successfully held in Guangzhou from March 3-5, 2024.

The conference featured extensive academic exchanges on topics such as the development of oral medical aesthetics under new forms of oral medical care and invited renowned experts from home and abroad to deliver specialized academic reports on the latest advancements in oral medical aesthetics.

During the election for the 3rd Council of the Oral Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Branch, Professor Weidong Tian, founder and chief scientist of Chengdu Shiliankangjian Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was elected as Vice President due to his outstanding contributions and extensive influence in the field of oral plastic and cosmetic surgery.

The Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics is a national-level non-profit social organization approved by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It was established in 2009 and consists of clinical, teaching, scientific research management, and other related units and individuals voluntarily formed into an industry-based nationwide non-profit social organization.

The Oral Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Branch gathers experts engaged in the basic and clinical research of oral and maxillofacial plastic and cosmetic medicine. Its aims include promoting academic research and exchanges, advancing continuing education and training for professionals in oral and maxillofacial plastic and cosmetic medicine, and fostering the healthy development and long-term progress of the discipline, practitioners, and institutions in oral plastic and cosmetic surgery.
