Previously worked in the United States as a senior engineer and project manager for a Fortune 500 implantable medical device company. Engaged in research and product development of biomedical materials and implanted devices for a long time. Selected as the project leader (chief scientist) for the seventh batch of the "National Thousand Talents Plan (Youth Project)" and the "13th Five Year Plan" national key research and development plan (biomedical materials and tissue and organ repair). His main research interests are hard tissue biomedical materials and implanted medical devices. Currently serving as the Deputy Secretary General and Director of the Chinese Society for Biological Materials, a member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Surgical Implants and Orthopedic Devices, a member of the Implant Professional Group of the Medical Device Classification Technical Committee of the State Food and Drug Administration, a member of the Basic Science Group of the Orthopedic Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and a member of the External Liaison Committee of the American Society for Biological Materials, And editorial board members of Journal of Biomedical Materials Research and Bioactive Materials magazine.
