Long term focus on the research of mesenchymal stem cell aging treatment targets and the transformation and application of stem cell anti-aging strategies. Screen and identify the key regulatory factors that lead to the aging of mesenchymal stem cells, and take the lead in proposing the view that the function of BMSCs is permanently inhibited in the pathological microenvironment, clarify the molecular mechanism of abnormal microRNA and apparent regulation, and establish targeted regulation methods to treat osteoporosis. For the first time in the world, a large animal model has been used to confirm the effectiveness of mesenchymal stem cells in treating bone aging, and new strategies have been developed to improve the effectiveness and safety of cell therapy. With the support of major national research plans, we have led the establishment of an in vitro amplification and quality testing system for clinical grade mesenchymal stem cells, promoting the clinical transformation and application of stem cell therapy. In the past 5 years, I have published 25 papers and participated in the editing of 5 monographs in professional journals in the fields of stem cells, tissue engineering, and bone research both domestically and internationally.
